Noelle Sue Chalfant, Director of Training
Noelle Sue brings close to 30 years of experience in the Enterprise Software Technical Training field to Navis and has led the strategic direction to embark into the world of blended and continuous learning for the Navis customer base. By launching an e-Learning portal, vastly expanding the instructor led training offerings and quantifying learning through assessments and certifications, Noelle, along with her team, bring a new era of Navis product knowledge to the industry.
Andy Clason, VP of Technical Services
Andy has been with Navis for over 20 years, working as a Project Manager, Director of Support, Director of Training, Director of Professional Services, and most recently as VP of Technical Services. With decades of experience on TOS implementation, training and support, Andy brings a wealth of real-world knowledge about the industry, about the challenges of training, and about the Navis TOS.
